Account and data deletion
To delete a Kozmik Rehber account, sign in to the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete my account, and confirm. The request removes the Clerk account and server records linked to its verified account ID, including the profile, attributable chat messages, friend requests, notifications, push-device registration, blocks, and reports. This action cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the app, email volkankrkmz41@gmail.com from the email address associated with the account. Include your app username if you have one. Do not send a password, sign-in code, or payment details.
Other data
- Local app data on another device may remain until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it.
- Google Play and Apple purchase or subscription records are managed by those stores and are not deleted by this request.
- Some older chat messages have no verified account owner. We do not identify or delete them by username alone; contact us with relevant context so we can review what can be verified.

Kozmik Rehber hesabınızı silmek için uygulamada oturum açın, Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabımı Sil yolunu izleyin ve işlemi onaylayın. İstek; Clerk hesabını ve doğrulanmış hesap kimliğine bağlı sunucu kayıtlarını (profil, ilişkilendirilebilen sohbet mesajları, arkadaşlık istekleri, bildirimler, push cihaz kaydı, engellemeler ve raporlar) siler. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız hesapla ilişkili e-posta adresinden volkankrkmz41@gmail.com adresine yazın. Varsa uygulama kullanıcı adınızı ekleyin. Şifrenizi, giriş kodunuzu veya ödeme bilgilerinizi göndermeyin.
Diğer veriler
- Başka bir cihazdaki yerel uygulama verileri, uygulama depolamasını temizleyene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar kalabilir.
- Google Play ve Apple satın alma veya abonelik kayıtları ilgili mağazalar tarafından yönetilir; bu istekle silinmez.
- Eski sohbet mesajlarının bazılarında doğrulanmış hesap sahibi bulunmaz. Bu mesajları yalnızca kullanıcı adına göre eşleştirip silmeyiz; doğrulanabilecek kayıtları inceleyebilmemiz için ilgili bağlamla bize ulaşın.
